Cool! How did you make a 6 wheel drive Bit chasis? How did you make the trailer also?

it's 4wheel drive (front wheels only steer)
trailor was same as silver1 in pic but i took off the top
trailor now has small guide rails to stop cars falling off

here is pic of bottom to see how i did it

have a go it was not hard to do
but very fun to drive

Oh, very cool! So I see that you just put on the back two wheels. Do you need a small motor so that it doesn't go so fast it tips over?

I saw this first here...
http://www.ultimaterc.com/land/projects/6x4bit.html
This is great project and gives me something to do with all of those clone chassis I have left over.
My cars will finally have a transporter.

ill try to answer all questions if possible
so here goes
it handles pretty good with trailor on but if you take it off it tips over on most corners(due to 2 batteries under cab)
it will broad side around corners with trailor on (that looks cool)
the trailor has hard plastic wheels so it slides great on kitchen floor

it has 2 x 2.2 motors
when i first made it. it only had 1 batt . it was very slow but then i put on 2 extra batteries now its how it should be
i haven't tried with smaller motors as i like it how it is

as for truck bodies
my wife got them on her dinner hour
i broke first one from pack trying to fit it
the second one broke when cousin crashed it flat out into fridge
so im on last one
i sent the wife to get more but she could not find them
i dont have package they came in (i made it before christmas)

dont give up the search
try any cheap shop you can find
the full truck was made of plastic so it wasn't to hard to make fit
if i find them i will let people know

happy hunting

Brilliant!

I was gonna make a concrete mixer lorry, It would need

2 pcbs, 1 to control the truck as normal, and the other to make the drum spin! THE drum would need a motor and fears.

Also need 2 put 2 controllers into 1 housing! of diff freqs of course!

And u would have 2 steering wires spare, With the use of a transistor u could use them to activate 2 other things, like a horn and reversing siren,or whateva u want!

This screams for a Pikes Peak edition Bit Semi racer.

Looks like another project has been started...
