TIRE question

I was wondering which had better grip the stock bit char-g tires or the Bit racer soft tires and are the stock char-g tires the same as the Bit racer mediums? Thx!

O ya one more thing: I'm having trouble using the 3.0 motor.
I read a couple things about it but am not sure if theres any way i could improve its performance at all. Any suggestions?

1. Yes, soft tires are much better than stock ones, it just depends what you wanna do with them (i.e. power sliding, or dragging, track racing, etc). This is the same with real-life cars.

2. The Tomy 3.0 is notably problematic. This is because it was meant for Bit Racers. These in America are called Hot Wheels KIT Racers. You could turn the metal contact on the red tab a little, bend the metal contacts in the motor bay a bit forward, or clean your car off. Also try replacing the batteries in your remote with brand new ones.

The medium tires are the same tread pattern (none...slicks) as the stock tires, however the stock tires are actually the softest tires. They are even softer than the ones called Soft (with block tread). I refer to my stock tires as my supersofts, and usually run them in back and hard or medium in front.

Note: Microsizer tires are different from BitChar-G tires. The microsizers ones have treads on them, while BitChar-G tires have no treads at all. This would make my BitChar-G soft tires (the only kind I have) the softest of the bunch.

So Bit Char G stock tires are softer and have better grip than Bit Racer Soft tires?

Nope, Bit Char-G stock tires are worse than Bit Racer softies. Trust me, I've compared . I suggest getting the Bit Racer tire pack if you're considering. New tires are a solid investment for any car, whether 1/1 or 1/70 scale !

the stock bit char-g tires are the squishies you'll ever find... they also get too dirty to grip in about 10 seconds...

if i run softs on the back, hards in the front, i can turn without spinning out (brand spanking new hardwood floors), but with stock tires all around, i flip over if i try to turn...10 seconds later, i cant control it cuz it gets too dirty... i pull out the old swiffer, then maybe 30 seconds b4 getting too dirty =\

i prefer bit racer softs or KIT orange tires in the back, bit racer hards up front, just so i can turn w/o spinning out..

Good point Pie. You can make tire "combos" Nokturnal. Just mix and match your tires till you reach the desired level of performance!
