battery pack ?

Is there any disadvantage to constructing battery packs with button top batteries as opposed to flat top batteries? I've only used flat tops, but button tops are less expensive.

You have found button NiCd's to make a pack with???

One of the dissadvantages is they have no shielding on the sides of the cells. The batt could short circuit easier to another cell or something else........

What size batteries are you using? Has anybody tried the Novak Spy Li-Ion batteries in their DTM's? I'm thinking about trying those batteries out in my X4.
