Servo PCB as Prop Speed controller!
Did u know that an ordinary servo pcb can be used as a proportional speed controller?
Well, it can!
http://www.tekwild.com/servo_mod_notes.htm
If u have a servo, a receiver and battery pack, u can have a proportional speed controlled model!
Ne1 have an idea of how we can use this on the bits?

If you are looking for proportional speed and steering, I am afraid bits might not be for you. If super tiny and proportional is what you are looking for, you may want to consider a Iracer or Digi-Q.
If you want something a little bigger and proportional consider a Mini-Z or Auldey.
Making servos small enough to fit in a bit just would not be cost effective. In this case, the best a bit may be able to do is a pulsing speed control. If a bit were to be made proportional, it would cost $100 to $200 dollars, and require a much larger battery with a longer charge time in order the handle the circuitry.

What i meant was to strip out the circuitry and where the servo motor usually is soldered to,attach the motor, and wire the pos and neg up, and then wire the sig to the output from the transistor!
But its a bit 2 much work,Im dont think the receiver would be able 2 use a proportional transmitter input. So with out it receiving the signal and out putting it prop, the servo pcb would be useless!
BUT a 555 timer pulsing in the transmitter may give us several speeds, alongside a potentiometer?
