MicRoMaN,

I've had alot of different kinds of bits, but my thunderbolts never got close to my microsizers. It sounds like they are telling you what you want to hear, to get you to buy their car. If you're in the market for a clone, try the Shen Qi Wei cars. I got one on ebay for $15 shipped. They are one of the few clones that can run a 3.8 motor. They are very fast and they handle great also. I used to think that Tomy Bit Char-g was the only car worth buying, but the Shen cars have changed my mind.

Secretman,

It sounds like one of your steering wires has either broken or isn't soldered to the circuit board correctly. Open the car and carefully check all 4 wires to see if there is a problem.

i got one for my friend yesterday along with a new cyclona for myself.

the motor is hard wired to the board. the motor has about 2 times as much torque as any other motor i have seen for these cars. when i had a working zipzap it couldnt run on carpet because it didnt give enough torque. this car is the opposite it doesnt get enough traction and spins out. the steering needs some fine tuning but its a pretty good car with a fairly detailed body.

the cyclona all around steers well and is almost as fast. this cyclona is slightly different than the other 2 cyclonas i own. it has a nice blue rally wrx body. very nice detail.
