Question my celica

hey does anyone know how to fix a bit char g so that it can handle powerful motors? i got a new motor and it was workin perfectly for about an hour or so. then later that day i went to play with it, it wouldnt move. it would take me a while before it will start to move, and when it does, its slow as a 1.0. im guessing my car cant take the 3.0. someone please help me and tell me how to tweak my car so that it can be fast again.

Green and Blue gears really don't matter, it's your pinion gear that matters. However, if your car was working fine with the 3.0 before, then I know your problem; the 3.0. The "Lucifer Rotor" isn't meant for Bit Char-G, it's meant for non-RC Bit Racers, also made by Tomy. With a bit racer, you flick the ON button and just let it go on a track. Anyways, if you really wanna get it working, then here's some tips:

-Make sure you have brand new batteries (not used at all) in your controller

-Make sure you are using the black pinion gear (that's the one that goes on the motor)

-Make sure the 3.0 is securely pushed up against the metal contact in the engine bay, and the heatsink is secure.

-Make sure there is no hair on your axles or gears.

-If all else fails, install a NiMh battery in your car, or solder in another battery for extra power to the engine

-Or do what I did; sell the damn thing!

Hope that helped!
