Green and Blue gears really don't matter, it's your pinion gear that matters. However, if your car was working fine with the 3.0 before, then I know your problem; the 3.0. The "Lucifer Rotor" isn't meant for Bit Char-G, it's meant for non-RC Bit Racers, also made by Tomy. With a bit racer, you flick the ON button and just let it go on a track. Anyways, if you really wanna get it working, then here's some tips:
-Make sure you have brand new batteries (not used at all) in your controller
-Make sure you are using the black pinion gear (that's the one that goes on the motor)
-Make sure the 3.0 is securely pushed up against the metal contact in the engine bay, and the heatsink is secure.
-Make sure there is no hair on your axles or gears.
-If all else fails, install a NiMh battery in your car, or solder in another battery for extra power to the engine
-Or do what I did; sell the damn thing!
Hope that helped!
