dont know on teh intercooler but dropping teh body is easy. yo know the slots where the little tabs go in so the body stay on teh chassis? well take a file to the slots make them bigger after you made them bigger fill in the unwanted space with builders putty (get it at a hobby shop) and enjoy but if you want you can leave the hole and not putty it up thats what i did but im lazy

thx hatchet! that's really helpful! hmm i htink i'll go grab my dad's file rite now...

n e way, i think the staples thingy prolly works nice for the intercooler...

hmmm but wait a sec... woulnt it be kinda hard to get the thingy... the... thing... that thing!! ahhh what is it.. oh yeah, the tab out if you used the putty to fill up the space?
and it would be sorta kinda rattly if the space isnt full.. but dun matter!!

thx for the help!! ^_^

heh, that drop sign's gonna be real in a day or so...

argg... stupid hobby shop.. sell out of 3.0's in a day and dun tell me til 2 days later..

Instead of cutting up the body and puttying it in, try this...

File off the front body tab.
(ONLY FILE OFF THE PART THAT STICK OUT, NOT THE WHOLE TAB!)

Cut a rectangle out of thin plastic (I used the lid from a pill bottle)
blue it below the location of the original tab.

Now your body will clip to the lower location. You can also shim another layer of the thin plastic between the original location and your new tab to give it an extra drop. Thats what I did with my skyline and it worked quite well.
