Microsizer service center is nuts.

I got a second black celica this weekend. The car drives to the left while going straight even after adjusting the trim. I mailed hobbicco and they emailed me back with all the usual "try this" stuff. I mailed them back and said I have done all that and could they send me a chasis. They said they already had sent me a chasis. I told them I had two cars and that the chasis they sent was for my first car. They keep saying they sent me chasis and will not send me one. I don't know why they can't get through their heads that I bought a second car and that posibbly they have other cars that run on same frequently and therefore the chasis has same fcc number. I keep telling them that I have two cars and now they email me this.

Thank you for your recent e-mail. Since we have sent you a new chassis and cover the only thing we can do now is send out a full replacement. Before we can do that you will need to send yours into us.
I hope you find this information helpful. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at this email address. (Please be sure to copy all previous emails into any future questions.)

DID YOU KNOW that our web page has a Mechanics Corner and an Online Building Guide to help you out with problems that you may be having. Also please feel free to stop in our show room.

I emailed them back this.

What are you talking about....you didn't send me a chasis for the black
cellica.....you sent me a chasis for my first car my silver s2000...I have 2
cars why is this so difficult for you to understand...you have not sent me a
chasis for my new car... I don't know where we are getting lost...is there
more than one person answering this mail. I am emailing you about my second
car my celica. You have not sent me a chasis or a cover for this car. I
have not received anything for this car ... I just got it. The only
assistence I have received from your company is for my silver s2000 which
you sent me a chasis to replace the one that went to the right when going
straight.

Please help.

I feel like I'm getting a run around here. I'm so tired of telling you I
own two of you cars that run on the same frequency. I feel like you aren't
listening to me.

Later,

Fred
Basically it boils down to is they aren't listening to the fact I have more than one car. The first car I have received service for and now I email them and they act as if I'm talking about my first car. I'm going mad here. I don't think just because I own a second car I should be getting a run around.

Wow talk about your unlucky experiences with your racers. I plan on getting a microsizer speed set since I have a 27mhz controller, the gear and axles plus the stabilizer/drift kits soon; all Microsizers. Lets hope I don't bump into anything like you did. Good luck with your newer chassis.

Now they claim that because I have received service on my first car they will not do anything for me unless I send my entire set in for a full replacement. I mean are these guys mental defectives. If there is one part of a car with a problem why would you have someone send in the whole thing. It's not even logical.

Thank you for your recent e-mail. I'm sorry I do understand and right now I'm the only one answering the emails . We can only send a customer one part before the customer has to send in the car for a full replacement, it is per customer not per car. We will be more than happy to send you a full replacement.

This is rediculous....just because I own one car does that mean I should receive lesser service than somoene else who has only one car.

Thats the dumbest thing they included in all the emails you got haha.

I'm still considering towards investing in the speed sets since I'd like to have silver front wheels to match the axles .

BTW do you own any other types of min R/Cs deadite; sry I forgot whether you own a Bit Char etc. Oh, and how are they doing if you do have other kinds of mini R/Cs other than Microsizers.

I have a 4x4 truck and a yellow mustang from some cheap rc company called "new bright" that sells cars at walmart. I haven't used these cars in years though. I owned a big buggy style hobby kit car .... the store put it together for me. I gave that away years ago to someone because I couldn't enjoy it. The car would run for five minutes on the battery then would have to charge it for fiftenn minutes. I'm about to have two microsizers. I am thinking if I don't get help here I'll sell my celica to my friend to get some money back on this deal.

Send a message via ICQ to Zakkorn
They mean (IMO), even if you had bought 1 billion cars from them, that could send you a replacement part free only once, so the next time you asked for another replacement part for another car you should send the whole kit.
They probably do that just to be sure for themselves that you are not saying lies about replacement parts.

Again, this is my opinion.

*I hope you understand my english*

Deadite, you mean the cars aren't supposed to pull to one side? Almost all of mine do that. I have a real problem drag racing because of it. I think I have about 9 cars and probably about 6 pull hard to one side or another.

I just glued one of the so it only goes straight now. lmao

Hey, it worked!
