Is there a special charger I will need to charge the batteries? Can I use a regular AAA charger or something diffrent, can I use a Tyco charger or no? Thanks in advance.
i went to local radio shack a AND bought a ni-mh charger for 10.99 it works ok but you gotta rig it up.it charges auto from 4.6-7.2 volts.but tiny has a nice one(i'm too cheap) called a eagle pocket charger.looks nice! but im always out to save money and mess stuff up.havent had any problems with the one i got.if you need the model number let me know.
here's what i did click here for charger and then they have the repair ends for batteries that clip right on the charger, for 1.99 they look like a regular 7.2 pack but minus the pack..lol..just the wires..soldier the wires to the terminals and the plugs fit one another..this charger auto peeks the nimh and it charges max at 2 hours,,,but a 15 minute charge wilkll give you ten min good speed..30 min charg will last 20 min.
YEAH IT SAYS 5 HOUR BUT THATS FOR SUB-C CELLS.THIS CHARGER HAS A AUTO DOWN PEAK FEATURE WHERE YOU CAN HOOK UP SMALLER (AAA) AND IT WILL CUT THE VOLTAGE TO A SAFE LEVEL.oopps caps sorry. but ive been using this charger for 2 months now ..and my same pack is still working great .
