question about batteries

hey all, the battery inside the car, can i swap it with say a standard battery? like a watch battery? does the battery i would swap it with have to be rechagable? any help would be appreciated

not sure about other batts...but yes, it def has to be rechargable

It dosen't have to be rechargable, I used a 3.0v lithium battery out of a computer in my. I ran like a bat out of hell for 45minutes then I just put the 120mah ni-mh battery back in. It was a waste of $7.50 for the lithium but it was a fun 45minutes
