Help needed...

I need to know what i should do to get the best of these setups:

Drag Race - FULL drag car, dont even need it to turn

Pulling Truck - I'm forming a Hotwheels car to fit a Clone, I need Torque, and I'm going to lift it and put bigger wheels on..How?

So pretty much...heres what I need:

1) How to lift a body?
2) How to put bigger wheels/tires on (or more accurately, WHAT wheels/tires?
3) What engine/gears for TORQUE
4) What gears/engine for drag racing (different kind of torque)
