Aaaargh Ive Had It!!!...

IM GONNNA MAKE MY OWN TRACK!!!
umm oks...i did attempt to make a track back then with legos, worked fine, but wasnt that fun and hard to build...

now im going to use umm...foam board [or other smooth foldable boards]...and its going to be a drift course... with bends and all in the foam to stimulate a slight downslope/uphill

and im going to make it look EXACTLY like the Ebisu Drift Circuit!!
i should only need it to be 5x4 feet long/wide...
planning on making the grass by the road with saramwrap[sp?]
the building will be easy to make....
im not going to make a mountain...pssh no..
planning on making a small stand of audience..
going to paint the wrap with brown and green

well im going to start this week..hope all goes well, and this time ill take piks when im done, and ill take pics of my rides finally...using oldskool film baby yeah

I thought the same thing about that course. It seemed like a bit too much of an undertaking for me, though. I just didn't feel like I could do it justice.

BTW - It seems like you're doing a lot of avatar swapping lately.

an akina track would be EXTREAMLY difficult to stimulate a downhill with all those hairpins....and plus if you go down, its really hard for a bit to go back uphill fast ;/
im looking only to spend about 20$
$6 for 2 black foam boards
$8 for green, and brown spray paint
...umm..$2 for ice cream... for the long run..
$4 ONE tree and some grass bushes from train models
and i might have to either open my hotwheels packages, or go buy some more, to sit in the pitstop...i dont want to spend money on clones ...pssh

btw the site that i got the pics from a long time ago is this http://www.djelektrique.com/ ...he RARELY updates...last update was probably a year ago..

now times that by 2.5 and you'll get how much in AUS dollars it will cost to do exactly the same thing as you, the problems with having a small population

about the avatar thing...
since we cant have small pic sigs, i switch my avatar alot...on other boards, my sig changes every few days...
i change my wallpaper almost every day....im a large pic collector..sort of a thing i do for fun on the net to pass the time...
todays avatar is a jp "racequeen" named sakura mizutani....i think shes hot
*edit...i could have it to where my sig changes randomly with every refreshed page, ive done it with sigs...but not sure about avatars...the script is sorta complicated, and takes too long to make..i think i forgot how its been soo long

here's an idea. Take a match stick and burn the tip. blow out the fire after a while and use the charcoal to make skid marks.

oks, ive made a overhead view of the ebisu track..not the best illustration ever, but i hope its to scale...the track should be about 5-8 inches wide
now just have to make it...

thanks

well since this track has no barriers what so ever, im going to add barrels and such in corners....
and notice how the track has optional paths...i could block those off with cones if i wanted
and also i thought, that this HAS to be bigger than 5 feet, maybe 7 feet would work well, because those are tight corners...
i can probably only use a 2.6 and less on this course with either hard tires, or drift axle mwhahah

i would LOVE to make the road out of fiberglass, or something similar, but thats too much to cut...and just heavy, ..but drifiting on that would soo rule...

MTL, That's a good drawing of the track. Are you a graphic designer?

Just since you mentioned it, have you tried Wallmaster? I've got a stack of walpapers of some fine ladies about "this thick." I use Wallmaster to cycle through 'em automagically.
