And another post..
I have a question.I don't know why but I seem to find lots of things in this forum and then i lose track of them. I remember seeing MTL post a lil drawing about a rear suspension for bits.. ? is that possible ?
Any way, im kinda looking to do that , in the easiest way possible.. im guessing id need a pivot point somewhere.. I believe he had made one out of plastic or something.. that attached the "rear end" of the chassis to the chassis...Well, as always, any help would be appreciated.
And BTW, I'm pretty new here and have to say this is a great site.

try this..
i had a badly worn bad end on this bit so i chopped off the back end. The back end of a bit racer was the doner. It extends the back end a bit, i am working on a suspension that will retain the right length.

hmm, when you said rear suspension, i though something more like a spring system for bumpy courses, is that what you guys meant?

That's kinda way too hard no ?
No i was thinking more like what he did.. a certain thing attached to another thats flexible yet still offers resistance. Seems easiest way

plastic stock
i used some 1/64 plastic that is used to make windows on models. you can pick up some at your LHS. It's really easy to cut and work with.
hope that helped
