PCB mod possibility

If you look on the bottom of the PCB of you bit , you will see stuff sticking out looking like little batteries. On one of them, there is a label saying " 10V ". I have a broken canned heat ( like a auldey race tin) and i saw similar things sticking out of that PCB. But one of those things on the canned heats PCB said " 16V". What if i were to switch the "10v" to the "16V", what would happen?

That is a capacitor. It's not a battery. The operative unit when dealing with them is actually a farad.
