blacksabbath070,
In every batch of 100 motors that I make, about 4 won't work at all, and about 5 will work, but will either run too slowly or will die quickly. This is do to small defects which occur during production, that are undetectable during inspection. Only through extended testing will these flaws show up. So some people are going to get defective motors without anyone knowing. What you can do is contact QFM and they will replace the motor with a new one. If you had bought it from me, I would replace it myself. Most of us selling the 3.8s realize that some motors are going to come back, and we are ready to replace them as quickly as possible and get the customers up and running ASAP. Contact QFM, I'm sure they'll help you out.
