Question who paints on the inside, and who paints on the outside

what do you guys normal do paint them from the inside or outside? i mean i wanna paint them on the inside for duribility but does the finish look as good as it does on lexan? cause i know the pre-painted ones are on the outside, and i see a lot of people doin it on the outside as well.

I prefer the outside to be painted... This is due to the thick plastic bodies on the bits, It leaves the thick stuff like the side mirrors, grills , and bumpers clear.... Just an opinion.... Welcome to the forums...

my most successful coloring on the insides have been with dark colors...
using bright colors on the inside will make the edges show up on the car, and make it more clear which isnt good at all...
so if you are using black, blue, gray, etc....its good idea to paint on the inside, but its up to you, because its a little harder to mask the inside parts out
i paint small details on the outside...like side markers, rear lights etc....

You need a "Inside and Outside"/"Both" option in your voting options for MTL because he paints the inside and outside depending on his choice of colors for his paint jobs. I paint the outside .

painting

I paint the bodies on the outside and the window tinting on the inside.
