The Porsche is nice. It is a tick more stable than the Mazda and we are both running the Porsche as our main cars. I have the white and my buddy has the black Kenwood.
I have to say I keep finding myself picking up my stock Lambo. Even though the gear diff feels like junk and the car wanders a bit, if I had to show up at a national event and race right this second, no question I'd pick the stock** Lambo.
**only upgrade on it is bearings
++++NOTE: In all of our testing so far, the diff and tire combo seems to make or break the car. Once you find the tires for your steering preference, fine tuning diff is essential. Cleaning and rebuilding with the lightest layers of different greases and oils make very dramatic reactions. Start experimenting and somebody besides me please start a diff tweaking thread

Thanks, I have a thread on them somewhere here and on my board with nice detailed photos and the Mazda body. Check 'em out here http://fraz.com/groups/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=37
Getting these things to be a production item has proved to be quite expensive and we have refined the design(s) and the CAD to open up more possibilities. The bottom line is unless I can get manufacturing costs down, I won't do them. I have to be able to sell them at what I consider a good price.
BTW, while my scale only goes down to 1g resolution, I want to say that these aluminum wheels actually feel a tiny bit lighter than the plastic ones if you can believe that.

That green Lamborghini looks fantastic! I can't understand why Kyosho won't allow Green Lambo in the US........

fraz, any update on the wheels? If you are able to get them into production, we'd love to sell them in the shop, we have a section for precisely this type of project:

Yeah, unfortunately every time I check it is a money losing proposition So we have refined the CAD and cut down on machine time tremendously so we'll have to go and get re-quoted again. The new way should be better for more design possibilities too. I am somewhat hopeful.
The other thing we are looking at is doing some black delrin wheels too. WHY? 'cause Fraz likes some black delrin wheels.LOL
BTW Tiny, I tried to get ahold of you and the PM seems turned off. Feel free to drop me mail any time to: j frazier 00 at g mail dot com (remove spaces for added fun!)
