Look at this site www.char-g.com. This guy is selling these clones to unsuspecting kiddies as if they were the real thing. I just wanted to warn the community.
Beware beware!!!
Side note: Please check out the site...I realized just now that I killed the link by putting a period after ".com".

The guy has some nerve calling the cars "official". If you read his faq it does say who makes the cars. The guy tried to bury it so deep in site so he could say he informed the customer.
http://www.char-g.com/faq.asp The guy has even covered it so he can make money if people want a refund after they realized they have been scammed. http://www.char-g.com/aboutUs.asp He has got them by the testicles either way...keep the clone...or loss money and shipping cost to him and from him ($8.20) plus 15% restocking fee....I can tell you right now he has that set knowing no one is going to loss around 15 bucks to get a partial refund. I get my total from how much shipping from him ($8.20) and shipping to him plus restock fee. Believe me this guy has thought it through on how to make money no matter what.

I believe tiny has a "copyright" at the bottom of his page...you definetly have a case were you could sue this slug out of business. He is flagrantly breaking copyright law.
