Bald rear tires, linoleum, 1100MAH AAAs and dumb luck. Occasionally, I can catch it mid-donut and do a sick powerdrift. Usually, it just goes around in some killer donuts that wont stop till you lift off the throttle.

Definatly awd is better. RWD is 100 times harder to drift with. If you don't have awd(which your sig says so :d ) get it. Drifting is as easy as turning once you have awd.
My setup.
For awd, I have obviously awd, batts front, rachargeable batts, stock tires, stage two, hardwood.
RWD, stock tires, batts in back, rechargeable batts, bearings, and stage one.

i learned this with the awd vs rwd at work today...
haha... i took both my cars to work today... cuz i was gonna build the six cell there... but ya... its a bit more involved than that... so ya... but my awd firebird can turn in a tight circle like a forklift... and was just fun as heck to drift around with... fwds and bckwds... the CRUSTang was fun... but not as much... they were more powerslides than drifting... but still fun...
