Priceless (or what NOT to do with your ZipZap)

Today i just got my Zip Zaps SE, and its been acting up. The problem happens when i crash into a wall. what happens is the car will not move. the headlights and tailights still work, and so does the steering, but when i drop it from about 3 inches onto a hard surface, it works fine until i crash it again. i would really appreciate it if someone could help me, please?
