Like alot of people, I have been looking for pinions with set screws that can work decently for an xmod. I hear that a 42 pitch is the closest you can get. This is what i found.

It says its a 42 pitch (metric 48 pitch). Does this mean its what we would refer to as a 48 pitch or a 42 pitch? They come anywhere from a 17 tooth to a 25 tooth. I am using the stock 370 motor out of a RC18t and i think i would want the 17 tooth with the stock idler gear.
Awhile ago neuro thew out some ideas for someone to make a 48 pitch idler gear. This is a very good idea and i really wish someone would jump at it and make them. If this has been made i havent been able to find it and if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great.
Just throwing out ideas for anyone to play off of.
