Man, talk about an understatement, their re-design is the biggest mess that I've ever seen! Sorry to get OT here, but here is an email that I sent to RS, only got a standard boilerplate type of reply <aarrgghh> (guess it was better than a 'bot reply 'tho -:/ ):

Subject: Radio Shack Web Site Redesign
Hello,
I don't know what you've recently done to the Radio Shack web site at
http://www.radioshack.com , but I must say that the new design is the most jumbled-up and hard-to-navigate/surf site that I've ever seen! The old design was quite easy to find specific products that you were looking for, and VERY easy to navigate.
As an example, ZipZaps. There used to be a main easy-to-navigate catalog page with all of the catagories listed (i.e. "Accessories, Tools, and Tracks", "Body Tops and Parts", "Cars and Starter Kits", and "Monster Trucks and Starter Kits"). Now, it seems that all of the product info pages are strewed around here and there in one big jumbled mess.
Also, none of your older archived image links work anymore, as well as images for currently sold ZipZaps products (i.e.
http://www.radioshack.com/images/Pro...0/m60-7001.jpg ,
http://www.radioshack.com/images/Pro...60/60-7001.jpg , and
http://www.radioshack.com/images/Pro...0/l60-7001.jpg ). The new image filenames and links are nothing but a massively cryptic series of jumbled-up numbers... why change the filename format of the images to a jumbled up series of numbers, when the older format was concise and to the point?
More examples of what I'm refering to are *almost all* of the ZipZaps and Radio Shack links on my ZipZaps Stuff web page (
http://www.cmoo.com/~snor/weeds/zapstuff.htm ), including the product search boxes, and technical manuals links.
Also, another aggravating thing, most of the time I get browser errors when surfing almost any page on the site. The error message is "Internet Explorer cannot open the site [insert URL here]. The connection with the server was reset.". Not to mention, the new site seems to require considerably more bandwidth, and is *extremely* slow loading on a dialup.
Anyhow, I've always been one to say "If it ain't broke, don't 'fix' it", but it appears that is exactly what you have accomplished with the new design of the Radio Shack web site... problem is, it wasn't broke in the first place, and certainly isn't "fixed" in any sense of the term -

P.S. I *still* get the browser errors that I mentioned above... WELL after a month and a half since I wasted my time sending them an email -
