I got the new upgrade kit.

I got the new upgrade kit today. Came with a heatsink, full gear set, and 1.6, 2.35, anda 2.8! I wonder why it didn't come with a 2.15.

Have you tried the new 3.4 zip motor?

The 3.4 comes in the F&F kit. Don't have it yet. My Zipzap is dual celled and I like the 1.6 the best. Best torque. The other motors are too fast and spin out too easily and take a little while to get to full speed. The 1.6 hits the mark right before a car will start spinning out.

You bought a ZZ-M upgrade kit, not the ZZ / ZZ-SE upgrade. Or you might have been REALLY unobservant and gotten the X-mods motor upgrade.

Also you drug up a topic that's old as hell. From back when the motors were lower RPM and all that.

Anyway, you want: Catalog #: 60-7551

You have: Catalog #: 60-7546

<LOL>!

Sorry poszest16, couldn't help but chuckle at that one <BG>. As Frizzen posted, sounds like that you may have inadvertantly purchased the ZipZaps Monster Truck motor upgrade kit.

P.S. Just a tip: All ZipZaps products come with at the least, a small instruction paper/pamphlet. Any of the ZipZaps products that you buy in the future, take note if there are instructions contained in the package (if not, it may have been previously opened, or possibly returned - maybe defective - merchandise).
