Another battery

Im new to zipzaps but i've noticed i have an extra of the same battery that the cars use. I have a question about whether or not i can put it in my car to make it run longer/faster. How does it go in. I dont know if this question has already been asked/answered but i was to lazy to look through all the search results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
