do zz bodys work on zzse???
i wanted to kno if a nisan skyline from the 2f2f kit would work on a zzse???

fits beautifully....
obviously you realize you are sacrificing the lights which everyone does anywayz , but to answer you questuion yes it fits perfectly and look goods, i like to run the skyline body with the f150 rims or the chromed out 911's

does the zzse body fit on the zz? i heard that it look awkward, and sits very high on the chassis.

i was thinking about doing this if i manage to get a ZZSE since we just got a new F150 glad to know it works

You can squeeze a light harness from another SE donor body in there too. You can either drill the headlights and tailights out and put the bulbs behind the holes, or scrape the paint off the top of the bodie's headlights and taillights and coat them with gloss clear with an artists brush. This looks the best if you are careful with the scraping.

For what it's worth, the only non-SE bodies I have are the old F&F RX7 and Eclipse, and my original ZZ Mustang Cobra from a few years ago.
First off, the antenna hole is on the wrong side. Not much of a problem, but it does shorten the antenna up a bit.
Next off, The cobra body does not work on the SE chassis. The rear wheels rub. You could modify it with a dremel grinder or hobby file though. Just don't expect a 100% perfect fit every time when putting SE bodies on non-SE chassis and vice versa.
