I may soon be selling Micro RC Hovercrafts and Submarines!
Good news, y'alls! I may soon be selling (Via e-mail/PayPal) tiny remote control hovercrafts and subs! I am getting a few samples pretty soon, and I'll give you some of the details when they get here.

I'm especially interested in the hovercraft, but they all sound cool. Maybe you could work something out with Tiny so you could sell them in the shop on this site/

Not a bad idea. I have yet to actually get the samples because my computer cannot make secure (SSL?) connections, which bites. Both are 2-channel, and the submarine runs on a single alkaline AAA battery, which gives a 2 hour runtime. The hovercraft may be a dual-cell model, which bodes well for those who like to mod, and I belive it uses 2 fans and an actuator-1 fan for thrust, one fan for lift, and the actuator for a rudder. The stated runtime is ~3 minutes, although it may be a bit less. Dual NiMh 200's might help in that aspect, though....

Good news! I have a picture! This is the model of the hovercraft I am ordering a sample of.
Also, I have found these two other types of hovercraft, which look to be of slightly better quality. However, I am currently unable to inquire about prices and such because I cannot connect to hotmail. Annoying, no?
Here is the first one:
And here is the second:
Please note that I may not be able to purchase these at a price low enough to justify selling them, or they may be of so ridiculously shoddy construction that no one with even half a brain would buy one.

Will the one in the top picture (Nikok I belive) float over water? That would be cool...

the nkok looking one on the top is not really a hovercraft. it's really a boat that is made to look like a hovercraft. not sure about the other two.

Hmm...that's not what the description said....
I'm getting details on the second two. I have seen hovercraft-styled boats before, but I do not think this is one of them. Of course, that's why I'm getting samples.

the second one is a hover craft for sure and it will float on water but it is by no means what i would consider micro. ive got a clone of it and its like a foot and a half long.

sawhit4: I have the same one you are speaking of but there is no battery holder up front unlike ours. Is yours green or blue?

How long is the yellow one that you call the first one? I am just wondering if it is actually mini.
BTW the sub sounds great! Over on Ausmicro they have a thread all about it with pics and idiots that stuck three charged Bit batteries into it and then drove it.
When are you ordering these?

Sounds cool. I would buy one just for the 4 channel pcb board. I would keep it on the higher power all the time!!!
