All the bodies will fit on all the chassis, except for the Acura RSX. The RSX uses the short chassis setting and so far it is the only one to use this. I'm not sure about the new bodies that are coming out (Acura NSX, Mustang, Camaro, C5 Corvette).
The main thing that is needed in order to swap bodies is to have the corresponding front body mount. Each body has a unique front body mount that must be used.
