The pros don't give up their secrets. I know most of them use a c&c machine to cut the board for them. I cut my board out by hand so it takes me along time. I had to trace around my chasis and do a rough cut first, then little by little I smooth it out until it get the shape that I want. When you are done take a pic so that I could see the good job you've done!

try to get a stiff sheet of paper or carboard. 40lb or paper will do.
get a good trace, then cut it out.
Then go for your rough cut.
Let me know how it comes out!

I will do the same. I am working on a project called "XZ". It's part xmod, part mini-z made of carbonfiber and lexan plexy. I should have a prototype by mid-november. I'll post some pics as soon as its done!

What part of it is Mini Z?
My MR01 PCB is in one of my XMods chassis.

I have to keep that a secret for now until I complete the XZ and run a few test on different motors. Sorry shift-drift, maybe we could trade some info sometimes. I like the mr01 board, but I have to see what works best for this project.
