My First Dual Cell

Here's my first dual celled bit/clone hybrid. I used parts from a thunder charger and a ms sport to make this. Unfortunately, it is non-operational now since I used the Thunder charger pcb and threw away it's controller because I thought the ms one would work better with it... Believe it or not, the paint job looks crappier in real life than in this pic. I used old, lumpy enamel paint brushed on. Now I have an airbrush, but no time to use it, but I bet I'll have some better looking bodies soon.

I have found that alot of dub city wheels wont work with s2000 body , due to the wheel openings are too narrow to allow the wheels to turn.

cool, looks almost like the F&F eclipse. The front anyway. How does it handle/what kind of speed are you getting from it?

Well, I used to get enough speed to do wheelies from a standstill... At least with the zz blue gears (most acceleration). Handling wasn't as good though. If I didn't slow down at each turn (how you're SUPPOSED to drive, I think), it would flip every time, but other than that, it handled just fine. The reason that I don't get that kind of speed any more is... It doesn't work now. I need a few more clones, and those tiny batteries from the laymen's dual-cell mod... Then maybe it won't flip anymore. Then again, I should probably invest in a high-end peak charger. I had my eye on the MRC 969, and I still do...
