Problems...
I just got my first Bit Char-G yesterday, one of the special editions. The past couple times I've used it, it seems to get "stuck" and wont go forward or backwards (it tries but the wheels won't turn). It's not out of range and it's on a full charge. I've taken it all apart and cleaned everything and checked for hairs and whatnot, but it still gets stuck. It only happens when its stopped, not while it's already moving. If I nudge it it will go but eventually it gets stucks again. I drive on a clean wood floor. Suggestions?

Also, check the pinion, spur, and step-down gears for molding defects, as you may discover a slight imperfection that prevents the gears from moving when in a certain position (but that isn't a problem when it already has some momentum).
