tomy char g vs microsizers

hey guys, i have a lanevo7 with a 3.0 motor and new tires so i do'nt spin out I was happy until i heard lots of people say that microsizers are faster? I know that they're on the same platform and pretty much the same, but i read at

http://www.extremetech.com/article2/...,604807,00.asp

they posted their results for a 25 feet drag, with their timings to be at 5.3 seconds for the microsizer and my lanevo7 with a 3.0 motor only got me 6.4 seconds?

then i read on some other posts that microsizers are indeed faster? can someone confirm this?

well...gearing plays a big part in this...and also, it seems that when i drag my brother with my 3.0 and he has a 2.2, we break almost even in top speed, but i have better power and acceleration. Its all pretty darn confusing...

ya this is all so confusing, i dont know what's what...i don't know if anything that i've bought is worth it....well the 3.0 seems to be alot faster than my 1.0...like it would do circles around my 1.0....and for the bit racer tires..i bought hte whole pack of soft, med, hard tires..but i only use the 2 front soft ones.....so i thought that was kind of a waste (i prolly should have just added springs instead of buying tires).....but are the gears worth buying? or the stabilizers? etc
