My new xmod is umm messed up....i think??

i dunno much about xmods but i got one cuz they looked awesome ne ways.......when the wheels arent touching the ground they actually go, when i put the xmod on the ground then it either doesnt go or it goes really slow, is it messed up or is it slow cuz i only gots a stage 1 motor??

Did it do this from the first day you had it, or did itr start later? You do have fresh/charged batteries, right?

i have brand new batteries in the controller and the car. no noises, and it did since the first day i had it. which was only like a week ago.
