a few questions about body mounting

ok ive got some questions about body mounting ive found a really nice car body that i want but it says diecast can i use that? cause ive seen alot of you guys use this thin lookin stuff kinda like on a nitro 1\10th scale do i have to use that or can i use diecast thanx

if i was you i would get some lexan( the stuff you were talking about) and get a heat gun and make the same body shape in lexan dicast is gona be way too heavy being metal.

thanx micro kid i thought it would be to heavy also,i dont have a heat gun what would the box say if it wasnt diecast

it wouldnt say diecast i guess. I think a hair dryer would work as a heat gun on high
