OffRoader
Hey,
I ogt a Zip Zap on order from RS and have already got some spareparts from my previous one. I used my Neighbors as a test(yes i was carfull) and put lego tyres, low gearing, and it was of on couches rugs etc. I want it better! I was thinking of useing the 4.2 King motor. What you guys think? I also want to use spring up front but don't know where to get them/what size. Is there any mods i can do to the chip to give it more torque? i don't need speed just torgue. Any help would be appreciated.
P.S. I saw the "Torgue Mod" and I am confused, could some one explain it better for a Newbie? I understand how Electronics work just I can't understand how they explained it.
Thanks in advance,
Bryce

The best/easiest things for torque are gears and the right motor.
I havnt used THE KING MOTOR so I cant comment on that.

Well then you will just need to add another gear to make it easy and get the performane you want.
Adding one or even two gears is a lot easier than messing around with the electronics.
