ATTN: Bought 2 AWD, and both had bent axel!! Important!

I just went to RS last night to upgrade my supra to AWD, and when I finished installing, I found that (when looking at the head lights) the right wheel was spinning weird and my car now arcs to the left (think half circle when trying to drive straight). I checked EVERYTHING on my car and said, well it must be the AWD kit and went to bed.

Looking at it this morning, it looks like the screw/pin area that holds the tire was bent and therefore made the well a couple of degrees off. My car now drives a very nice arc . I am saying ARC because the wheel isn't completely bent, it's barely bent, but enough so that your car can't drive straight.

Went back to RS today and wanted to buy another kit. I told the guy the situation, so we opened up three more AWD kits (only had 3 left and they were brand new), and sure enough they were bent also.

I think they might have had a bad bunch off of the assembly line, and wanted to know if anyone else had this problem? Also, this is to warn people JIC.

Feel free to reply, because I hope this is not just me!

BAD______GOOD
GEAR_____GEAR

(this is an exageration of the right wheel, but you can tell there the right one isn't centered)

PS I will pay someone to fix this if they can, as to I have no idea what to do now!

yea, mine is bent too...

but that really a concern to me....i just use the tracking button and make it drive straight, my problem is different...

the left hand side back wheel sits at an angle...like the axle is bent or whatever the rod is that holds the wheel on there...so i have a toe problem on that wheel...

I tried the adjusting, but it seems it's still struggling with that bent bar. Hopefully the manufact will fix the problem.

I dont use the rear AWD suspension arms because they are not molded right.
When I installed my first AWD kit I noticed binding in the left rear axle and noticed the wheel was toed in a few degrees plus the the axle dogbone was binding bad so now I just use the stock yellow arms.

I think this might explain why some people break that dogbone and cup back there not noticing the binding and after a while it would destroy the axle back there.(just my opinion)
