4.2 turbo boost. . .
My new BCG set i got a few days ago, its a booster with a 4.2 motor... after a few hours of racing... i found out that the Axle of my bit was becoming more loose... is it because the axle is wearing down the plastic holding the axle? If so will the axle eventually wear down the plastic and fall off overtime??

Look here...
pros for sale
Perfection states that the pro motor is 'designed' for the two speed cars. The way these asian companies are, they could put whatever they want on the box, and it doesn't mean a single thing.
On a positive note, I have seen a couple of posters giving the 4.2 pros some props.

Damn, let's not get all racist
There are good Asian companies, and bad ones. Just like good American companies and bad ones. Without these Asian companies, we would have no Bit Char-Gs, no Perfection batteries and motors, no Combat Digi Q tanks, etc. Oh well, I'm off my soap box now.
Anyway, I've found the Perfection stuff to be pretty good. I love their motors. You can search this forum for the motor reviews, but I think the 4.2 pro rocks!

The question was, does he need the Pro or not for his two speed. Perfection claims that the 4.2 Pro was designed exclusively for use in 2 speed cars. How in the world would we ever know if it is really designed for it or not? And when you look at the way the Asian markets do business(relating to Bits and clones), it is evident they claim anything they can to make a sell.
My answer had more to do with the the validity of the Pro's claim and its marketing, rather than to bash Asian products or their markets.

In my experience the 4.2 pro does have more torque than the 4.2. Which means it probably would be better suited to booster cars, but that is not to say it's for booster cars exclusively.
