zz carriage model diffs

anyone noticed a difference in the body markings of different zzs?

for example, the body of the silver Porsche has no printed FCC statement, but a simple "Radio Shack, etc."

on the other hand, the yellow Ford Cobra has the "Radio Shack, etc." along with the FCC statement:

"Tested to comply with FCC standards. For home or office use."

So i guess only the carriage included with the silver Porsche shell could be used in a public event, such as formal competition?
