ergent noob motor help needed
i have a 3.8 motor and i wanna put it in my s2000....the motor does not have one of those black teeth thingys that cactch onto the gears....am i supposed to use the one from the stock motor....i so, do i just yank it off the motor?

Yes, take the gear off your existing motor and put it on the new 3.8
It's a SNUG fit, so be careful pulling it off.
Also, use the back of the Controller to help with putting the gear on (it's explained in the directions as well)

That's the idea, it's SUPPOSED to be super snug.
Try using a small screwdriver and slowly and CAREFULLY pry the gear off...And point the gear down toward something that'll CATCH IT!!! You DON'T want to lose that gear!

It does come off, but if you're still worried or don't want to hassle with it every time you change motors, buy the gear/axle set (available in tinyrc shop). It has 3 extra black pinion gears.
