motor questions and info

Okay, I found out that the stock mini-z motor is 70T and the X-speed is 50T. I'm considering ripping apart my stock motor and rewinding it. Has anyone other than NML and Solomon wound their own motors? If so, how many turns can the old xmod take ????? I wonder how many those guys blew up before they found out the limit. I still haven't found a way to make the mini-z turbos work yet, I need some schematics (instructions). Anyway, we know that the Xmods can take an x-speed motor 50T, but what's the lowest you guys have been successful with? Also, anybody have any ideas the # of turns on a stage 1 and stage 2 rs motor??????

I found some turbo info and apparently all you do is solder 4 wires to the battery compartments a + and - on each side and 2 more to the motor itself. I'm gonna try it in my Supra, if I blow it up, then I'll just buy another or get a mini-z. I NEED MORE SPEED!!!!!!!!!! I'll start a forum where we can post some drag times. I was reading at http://minizracer.com that most hobby shops are using a 50 ft drag for times and some of the times they were posting were SWEEEEEEET...... Hopefully nobody was lying, but I'm gonna test mine stock this weekend. Then after I get the X-speed from the LHS. I'll buy a turbo from there too if they have them.
