Question this might be the wrong forum but....

hi, i have a skyline and was wanting to paint it either a dark blue, blood like red, or a dark gray (bad company's looks pimp.) i was just wondering whats the difference between using spray paint or just painting it with a brush? and is there a certain brand of paint that is better than any other? (i see tamayla (of somthing like that) alot and was wondering if that was even paint =) thanks for any help i can get ill problly screw up but still!

dont use a brush. it will leave uneven streaks. if u need to paint, use spray cans or an airbrush

i would go with either the spray can or air brush. by all means listen to skklown, stay away from the brushes, the only thing they are good for are for cleaning out the car after racing!!

I have tried brush painting the car, it does no happen. if you want to see some pics it, just ask. (too painful to look *shivers*) put i will show them to you if you want.

if u dont mind could i see the pictures? and thanks for the welcome! im just wondering what r the foam tires good for? i asked the guy at radio shack but he said they were the same as the rubber ones

Yea man, i would definately have to agree with these guys, and skklown has done some pretty good work. Spraycan or airbrush, paint brushes are good for hard to reach areas and those detailed areas (headlights, etc.) . . .
