3.8 just went off on me in just 2 charges of play!
Ummm, I have to complain on my 3.8. After 2 charges of play, it just went off on me. The connectors touch perfectly... If I put my 2.2 on the car it still works. Therefore, its the motor's prob. SO what should I do?! Can someone help me talk to Kyle. Fanks.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately there are a few bad motors in each batch I produce and I'm unable to test every motor I sell. I'll be happy to replace it with a new 3.8 motor and I'll test the new one for maximum performance. I want everyone to be happy with their 3.8 motors. Please send that bad one to:
Kyle Clemmons
P.O. Box 244
Brownsville, KY 42210
I'll send you're new one out as soon as the bad one is received. Please make sure to provide a return address. Again I'm sorry.

How did the motor go before it failed. Was it fast?

Thanks alot Kyle and TinyRC. Yeah Butler, the motor was superior b4 it went down on me. Very fast! You should get one or try to win one in the contest! Good luck man. And thanks again Kyle, I'll send it soon. One question though, I hope I don't have to pay for shipping again right?

E)(pul$ioN,
If you send the busted motor back to me, I'll cover the shipping charge to send the new one out to you. You don't have to pay anything else. Again, I'm sorry for the trouble.

Ok, N/P man. Thanks and I wanted to say I really appreciate this kind of service. One question to clear things up... You will cover shipping for both ways correct?

E)(pul$ioN,
I don't cover the shipping to send the busted motors back, sorry. I can't do this because some people will send them back overnight so they can get the new one faster and that would cost me more than I made on the motor itself. You pay to send it back whichever way you want and I'll pay to send the new one out to you. If you still have the envelope it came in, you can just write the address on it and put a 60 cent stamp on it to send it back. I'll make it up to you for all the trouble.

E)(pul$ioN, it should cost < $1 to mail it back since it weighs next to nothing. If you kept the original envelope in good condition you may be able to just reseal it and mark it as return to sender, at no cost to you!

Yeah, I was thinking of using the orginal packaging, but the glue on the flap is kinda dull after lots of opening and closing... Heheh. So its ok, I'll just go out and get another one, so Ima better protected and less chance of it falling out since its new. Thanks alot again.

Just an update on the 3.8 motor: Me and Kyle worked it out and everything is going smoothly... I have become a happy customer of the 3.8 once again and would like to thank Kyle for all this time to take care of his customers' problems. His customer service is just superb! I have to recommend everyone to buy such a motor from such a good guy. Thanks again Kyle.

i have the same problem with the 3.0. i tried the 3.0 and it makes the car glitch and the esc sputters..i have tried about 3-5 3.0 in the past an they all sucked, so i just put back my 2.2 since its more reliable... i noticed that there are more than quite a few many of defective bitchargs out there that were made in production..another problem is antenna range..
over all, i noticed that the bitcharg lifespan doesnt really last that long..something always happens..

I am looking into a transmitter mod that would boost power output significantly. I will make sure that the output will stay modest since they are very small. and I don't think that more than 30 feet is necessary. About the same as R/S RC cars. BAE

I just came up with a Bit Char-Q problem. Program a universal remote to control a Bit Char-Q. BAE
