Speed is terrible stock
The speed sucks. I assembled mine and its slower than a dual celled bit. What is wrong. Is the stage 2 motor a big diffeence?

I think it is the batts because they r used.

you see its bateries so don't post false inforamtion like youdid xmods are slow when it's your batteries

it's not false. The batts test good.(i just checked them)
I am going tomorow to get another batt pack,7.2v

and this being a xmod forum, its quite rude to do that. So if you think a dual cell bit can beat it then please show us up and show that a dual cell bit can beat it. In the meantime ill take several videos at your demand of my stock skyline chewing my dual cell bit for breakfast......and drifting at the same time......

i didn meen it to sound like that. I love the xmod.
Right now the speed sux because i just tested some old batts that i know r dead in my batt tester and it tested full, but was dead. It's obviosly the batts i put in it. I dyno tested it and it runs a whoping 2.3 kmh.LOL. I got to fix this.

I found these puppies really like fresh batteries...that's where getting some good NimH batteries come into play. The higher the rating in mA, the better. mA in a battery directly relates to a longer run-time, but at the cost of a longer charge time as well.

You may be using dead batteries or something. That happened to me, then I installed fresh batteries and that thing flew!
