i dont think theres any point in doing that because it will just make the bit char go as slow as the zz.

yup they haul booty in a bit cause of the pcb it has less resitance or something like that. thats why people with broke bits put their boards in the zz, you get the best of both worlds,looks handeling of the zz and the speed of a bit

Describe tight fit. I've got a spare moto from my ff speed kit that I'd like to put in my microsizer, but it won't fit. What should I shave down, bend, or cut? After making the adjustment can I still use bit motors?

I put the NOS motor in my bit with no problem, just "push" it in and snap the heatsink and it should work. It is much faster and has much more torque than it did in the ZZ, and yes, you can pop it out and still run bit motors no problem.
