Mustang GT Concept SE
The '05 Stangs are SE's, but they are both still 27mhz. IMO, They did a better job than with the Initial D bodies.

how's the quality compared with the first se's (steering steps left and right, steering stutter, chassis warp or twist, etc.)?

Quality is about the same. There is still the chassis warp. The steering seems a little bit more equal, but I've gotten that with my Efini. There is hardly any stutter on one, but the other still has it. It doesn't look like they have done anything different yet.
