the reception on my Micro sizer pro sucks.... is like 5 fee....my freind has one and it has 4 or 5 times the range....can anyone help me ge better range?

don't know if youve solved this by now but . . . i had a similar problem, but worse. my range was like a foot or two. i was told by my local shop that it was a defective machine, traded it in for a new one and now I have proper range.
