Why is my bit faster in reverse?

I have a TT hongli clone with a 2.6 motor and my car is faster in reverse than it is going forward. Anyone know why?

there is very little weight on the front....i dunno....
although in normal mode it has to push all that weight forward...so that slows it down a tad

id have to say yes, unless u have a 2nd battery on the rear with a "wheelie bar".....that way the weight is somewhat evened out...
