Overseas Bit arrived dead!
Last weekend i ordered a blue bit char-g skyline with the bit racer tires and a 3.0 from stellamodels on ebay. It showed up dead. damn. Does anyone know how overseas ebay dealers deal with dead/defective stuff like that? do they make you pay postage to send back their defective product?

email the person and tell him/her what's going on. If they dont reply or they just tell you that they wont refund or exchange the product, then give them a bad rating. I guess that's the most you can do.

Ouch, you're in a crappy situation there. Yes, sending the defective product back is going to cost YOU the price to send to them...But if they are a reputable seller, when they send you back the replacement, THEY'LL pay to ship to you.
Now, you're SURE that it's DOA?

i dunno what you mean by DOA...
but my car does not run...i am not sure if i should tinker with it more and run the risk of breaking it further so he wont take it back, or just try to fix it. I think that if they sell a defective product, then they need to pay shipping back. I am gonna pressure them with that... rrrrr
