Lexan bodies
I might be able to make vac-formed bodies.
Example: the Merc from one of the OEMs which in lexan can be screwed or stuck to a bit...

Or the standard Hondas and so on...

Wot are the Tomica clear bodies made from?

I'm not exactly sure... but I think that the Tomy bodies are lexan as well, just a larger gauge (if thats the term used for plastic too) making them more rigid.
