The 180 motor can is to long so it won't fit. You could modify the car with a dremal? I have done this, if I recall you will also have to relocate the on/off switch.

BTW any shop that has the Mini X in stock now will be selling the old version. I hope the wait will be short as I know the new car will be much improved.

The Mini XJ in not a car kit. The new Mini X should be the same car as you have seen here but it will have a new receiver and speed control. It could have a few more up grades but we will have to wait for a few more weeks IM afraid.

My its only in Japan

IRC, lets not get into that again............. It is a car kit The Mini-xj........It does not come with electronics.
I going to write a e-mail to company here in Japan to chear all this up. As for date of release they did not even showup at the r/c show yeasterday. So they release date is not knoe yet. I better start doiing a little digging about the mini-xj. And yes it does exist.

Usagi , here is the deal I know the mini XJ exist on a web site but it is not made by Xpress. I had a very good Japanese friend of mine who lives in Japan call the company who shows the car on their web site and try to order one for me. he told me they said the car is not available and he said they had to get permission or somekind of OK from Xpress? he also told me they were very strange. So untill I actully see this car which is a really a Mini X with rear turn buckles to adjust the rear camber and a diffrent front steering system! We don;t have much to talk about. And if you still think it does exist then I have a few so called Mini XA in my garage. these cars are built special for America only. hehe just pulling your leg but really if and when the car is available then we can talk about it.I hope it does show up someday it looks very cool!
