Super Low Civic
This is just plain old slot lowering plus smaller diameter wheels. The chassis is about as low as you can go without touching the ground. I may try to lower the body some more though.

They are the new style of DUB diecast wheels. They come off of the classic cars, not the new Import Racer cars.
